Special inspections are line inspections conducted under special circumstances or according to special needs using special inspection methods. Special inspections include: night inspections, cross inspections, tower inspections, inspections to prevent external damage, and helicopter (or other aircraft) aerial inspections. wait. Special inspections usually should be organized based on line operating status, climate change, path characteristics, natural disasters, external damage, etc. There is no fixed cycle. The personnel involved in special inspections are not limited to dedicated line inspectors. The scope of inspections can be the entire line, specific sections or individual components depending on the circumstances.
◆Supervisory inspections
Supervisory inspections are line inspections conducted by production management personnel at all levels to check the work quality of operating units and dedicated inspectors for assessment, research and other purposes. Supervisory inspections shall be carried out at least three times a year by the production management personnel of the transmission department of the line operating unit; and at least twice a year by line management personnel of the Ministry of Safety and Health and above. The scope of the inspection is not fixed and can be one or more lines, or individual sections can be selected.
